The first quarter of 2021 is behind us along with 2020 and many cancelled or postponed events. Let's hope we’ve turned the corner on the pandemic and racing can go back to normal. With that in mind, I'm sharing just a few of the CT athletes racing ths year. As we get back into racing, I'm sharing an updated article on heart rate training zones. And for those who need assistance with gear, please visit a new addition to my web site containing a variety of equipment Coach-Tony athlete may borrow.
Wishing you all a safe and effective training.
