Location:
Lake Perris State Recreation Area, 17801 Lake Perris Dr, Perris, CA.  Lot # TBD. Look for the Coach-Tony Eze Up tent.  All registered athletes receive the following:
(1) Goodie Bag and Coach-Tony Technical Tshirt (sizes while supplies last)
(2) 1 hour dry land class (see read more agenda)
(3) Up to one hour practice with experienced triathletes and life guards on duty  

Time:
8:00 - 9:00 AM : Check-In, Sign Waiver, Goody Bag Pick Up
9:00 - 9:45 AM : Open Water Swim Talk
9:45 -10:00 AM : Put on Wetsuit
10:00 - 11:00 AM : Practice water acclimation, warm up, open water swimming, and siting.  

Talk Topics:
Equipment Overview : Wetsuits, Goggles, Ear Plugs, Anti Chafing Products 
Hyperventalting : Factors contributing to hyperventalationg, pancic, and stress.  aHow to prevent and correct. 
Swimming : Differences between Pool, Lake, and Ocean swimming, sighting, and triathlon swim rules
Race Strategy : Seeding yourself accordingly, picking your lane, equilibrium issues, and pacing
Planning : What to do when things go wrong...have a back up plan
