 Open Water Swim Clinic at Bonelli Park South Shore
Location: Bonelli Park, 120 Via Verde San Dimas (South Shore)
Time: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (On-Site Registration Begins at 8:30 AM)

You will learn a variety of techniques to help you get comfortable with open water swimming with less effort. I will help you to...
- Pre Race Warn Up
- Avoid or reduce race start panic
- Enter and exit the water
- Sighting for bouys
- Choose your route areound the bouys
- Open Water Breathing
- Relax and be comfortable in the water
The clinic will run 2 hours and include both instruction and water time.

I want to keep the class small so that everyone receives a good amount of individual attention. There are 20 spots available.

- Goggles
- Wetsuit
- Towel
- Ear Plugs (Optional)
- Nose Plugs (Optional)
