Saddle – Saddle choice is key to a proper triathlon bike fit. If you cannot sit comfortably in the aero position, you will make unnecessary compensations elsewhere which may lead to knee, shoulder, or lower back pain.
Saddle Height – The proper saddle height ensures correct leg extension, maximum torch, and is determined by specific measurements and angles.
Cockpit Position – A well positioned cockpit places a triathlete’s back, shoulder, and hips in the most optimal and comfortable position. This allows triathletes to ride in the aero position 80%+. If you ride aero any less than this, you may as well ride your road bike.
Aggressiveness – Once the body is in the proper triathlon position, we determine how aggressive you want or need to be. This is done without compromising proper triathlon position.
Foot Pedal Interface – How your feet are placed on the pedals is the final but very critical component of a proper bike. It determines how well (or off) your knee is aligned with your foot. Improper knee to foot alignment can cause unnecessary knee, hip, or lower back pain.
