Great for beginners! We cover a little bit of how the sport came to be, explain the various distances, talk about equipment needed, how to prepare, and walk through a race from start to finish. We also show you how to set up your transition area. We will put you in touch with others who have the same interests and answer any and all questions.

Discount Bike and Tri Kits $5 and $10
I've come across some sample bike and Tri tops and bottoms. They will be sold for $5 and $10 at the next Tri clinic. Some are new and some are slightly used. All proceeds will go to the Triathlon Connection general fund. Next clinic is Sept 20 at REI, 6:30 PM
