Package A will help you reach your maximum potential for a key event in 3 months.  You will receive daily e-mail workout reminders from your personalized training peaks plan located on www.trainingpeaks.com

Package B will help you progress through several events leading up to a key event at or near the 6 month mark.  This package is well suited for athletes seeking to gain experience at shorter distances before progressing to a longer key event.  You will receive daily e-mail workout reminders from your personalized training peaks plan located on www.trainingpeaks.com.

Package C is well suited for individuals seeking improved fitness or weight management without long term commitments.  This package is also good base training guidance preceding packages A or B. 

Available for a variety of 1-on-1 or small group sessions including but not limited to workouts, strength training, general consultation, assessments, annual planning, nutritional guidance, and race selection.

$200 per week, 1st 3 months,
$175 per week thereafter
Paid in by-monthly in advance.

$150 per week thereafter

Paid by-monthly

$60 per hour first 2 hours minimum  or 2 or more athletes together.
On location visits will be charged %50 of drive time.
